Our Story
We believe everyone has the right to entertainment — safely, transparently, and in their own language. ja999 was born from that belief. From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Khulna — our journey began with the dream of reaching every corner of Bangladesh.
Ja999 was born in 2020 from a simple question — was there an online gaming platform built truly with the people of Bangladesh in mind? One where you could deposit with bKash, get support in Bengali, and receive your winnings within 15 minutes?
There was no answer back then. So we decided to build that platform ourselves. A small team, some big dreams, and a genuine commitment to players in Bangladesh — that's what ja999 started with.
Five years on, ja999 has become one of Bangladesh's most recognized online gaming platforms. Over 50,000 registered members, 500+ games, and partnerships with more than 35 international game providers — these numbers aren't just a measure of growth, they're proof of the trust each member has placed in us.
The differences that set us apart from other platforms — ones you'll actually feel
These values are reflected in every decision ja999 makes
The online gaming market in Bangladesh is growing fast, yet most platforms still don't truly understand what Bangladeshi players need. Payment friction, English-only interfaces, language barriers when reaching support — these were problems we faced ourselves. That firsthand experience was the driving force behind building ja999.
Our tech team designed the platform with Bangladesh's internet conditions in mind. ja999 runs smoothly even on a 3G network — and that's by design. Ensuring players outside Dhaka with slower connections enjoy the same quality gaming experience mattered to us.
Ja999's game library is large not just in numbers, but in quality. We deal directly with every game provider — no middlemen involved. That means games arrive faster, stay updated, and are far less likely to disappear without notice. When players get comfortable with a game, we want it to remain accessible to them for the long haul.
Our payment system deserves a special mention. We've made transacting via bKash and Nagad as straightforward as possible. On many platforms, deposits are instant but withdrawals can take hours — that was an experience we were determined to change at ja999. Our average withdrawal time is 15 minutes — that's a promise, not an advertising claim.
Responsible gaming is something ja999 takes seriously. We know that without the right guardrails, online gaming can turn from fun into a problem. That's why our platform includes deposit limit controls, options to take a temporary break, and the ability to permanently close your account if needed. Using these tools is never a sign of weakness — it's what a smart player does.
The ja999 team is small but deeply committed. From customer support and tech to payments and game curation, every department is staffed by people who genuinely enjoy gaming and understand what players in Bangladesh are looking for. That insider perspective is what sets ja999 apart.
Ja999 will keep growing — more games, more payment options, a better mobile experience. But one thing that will never change is our core commitment: to build and maintain a genuinely safe and enjoyable gaming platform, made for the people of Bangladesh and with the people of Bangladesh in mind.
